TRIZ House Refund Policy

Introduction

At TRIZ House Limited, user experience and satisfaction is our priority. We understand that mistakes/life may happen while subscribing to a service package on Screws and Spanners, and we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process.

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, the steps to take to request a refund, and the timeframe for processing.

Please review the details carefully to ensure a smooth resolution.

Refunds

Where a customer pays for a subscription package in error and/or where there is a need for a refund, the affected individual will be required to officially write to TRIZ House, requesting for a refund and stating the reason for the request.

The following details will be required:

  1. Account details (Bank & Account name) from which the transaction was made
  2. Refund amount
  3. Subscription package
  4. Transaction ID
  5. Transaction Date and time
  6. Reason for requesting a refund

The letter should be sent as an email attachment to help@screwsandspanners.com, copying screwsandspanners@gmail.com. The letter can also be dropped on the Screws & Spanners Helpdesk number 0704 700 1592

Refunds Policy
  1. The validity of the Refund Request will be confirmed within 48 hours of receipt
  2. Where the Refund Request is found to be valid, a confirmation message will be sent to the Customer via the originating channel
  3. The confirmation message will state specifically the amount to be refunded and the basis of calculation.

    Please note that service period that have elapsed up until the 48 hours period during which the validity of the refund is being established will not be refunded.

  4. Full refund will be processed within 5 working days to the same account from which the payment was made.

    Please note that under no account will refunds be processed to a different account.

  5. If payment was made using a credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to same account within five business days of receipt of the cancellation request. Kindly contact your bank to confirm when the refund will be reflected in your account.
  6. Where payment was from the in-app wallet, refund will be made to the wallet.
  7. Refund will only be for the Transaction Amount. Bank Charges, VAT, etc. will not be refunded
